Woodland Park

Woodland Park, once called West Paterson, climbs from the Passaic River up toward Garret Mountain. Hillside lots bring steep driveways, retaining walls, and water that runs downhill toward foundations.

Drainage is a big part of our work here: correctly pitched gutters, downspouts routed away from the house, and concrete driveways and walkways poured with proper slope. We also replace roofs and siding on the borough's capes and split-levels.
